Overview
Two women arrive at an office building for the same job interview that happens to be on the 41st floor, only to find they must take the stairs together since the elevator is broken.

This project was produced with a female-lead cast and crew. Below are are series of interview videos with the women who made this film possible. These videos were a part of an International Women's Day Campaign on social media.
Screenings
Steps premiered along with the rest of the 12x12s in March 2020 at the Claudia Cassidy Theater in the Chicago Cultural Center.
