Happy New Year - we hope your 2021 is off to a great start. We're kicking off our year by planting trees with our partner, One Tree Planted.
As you might already know, Talus Films is an eco-conscious video production company. We tell inspiring stories while giving back to the world around us. In addition to our company's sustainability practices, we donate to have trees planted in US National Forests for every hour we're actively on set filming a project and for each Video Development Workshop we host.
As we embark on the new year, we want to do even more. And luckily One Tree Planted allows us to do just that! Through them, we've set up our very own fundraiser and we invite you to participate (if you're compelled and able) and help us spread the word.
One Tree Planted's reforestation efforts help to rebuild forests after fires and floods, provide jobs for social impact, and restore biodiversity. Together we can make a difference. For every $1 donated through our fundraiser, they'll plant 1 tree. Our goal is to raise and plant 200 trees by the middle of January.
